Demo request form: name, email, optional Telegram/WhatsApp handle, country, number of accounts, tasks of interest, free-text message, and the campaign parameters of the visit (utm_*, gclid, msclkid) so we know which ad brought you.
Website analytics and ads measurement: we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tags. These set cookies and process your IP address, device and browser data, and page interactions. Google's handling is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Hosting logs: our host (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request metadata to serve and protect the site.
Why and on what basis
To respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo (performance of pre-contract steps at your request).
To measure which ads and pages lead to enquiries (our legitimate interest in running the business; you can opt out of analytics cookies below).
To protect the site from abuse (legitimate interest).
Sharing
We share form data only with the people handling your enquiry and, where you go ahead, with the software licensor for installation and support. Analytics data is processed by Google under its terms. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept no longer than 12 months after last contact, or until you ask us to delete it. Analytics data retention follows the GA4 setting (14 months).
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, and object to processing, by emailing [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.
If you are in the EEA/UK you may complain to your data-protection authority; if in California you have the rights described in the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and delete.
International transfers
Enquiries may be handled from outside your country. Where required we rely on standard contractual clauses or your consent.

We will post updates on this page with a new effective date.
